Dr Nihara Krause MBE, is an award-winning Consultant Clinical Psychologist, lecturer, and Founder and CEO of stem4, teenage mental health charity. She is the clinical creator of 5 internationally recognised mental health apps and her wellbeing programme for schools and mental health literacy programmes are embedded nationally. She has written numerous resources on mental health and is involved as an expert on advising at national level on mental health support for children and young people, including young people’s interactions online. As a practising clinician she works with adolescents and adults. Although she works in all areas of mental health, her clinical specialisms include eating disorders, trauma, self-harm, clinical perfectionism, and peri and postnatal metal health. She is frequently invited to speak both nationally and internationally. Nihara contributes regularly to TV, radio, and the media.
