With exams approaching it is important to consider what strategies you can put in place to manage stress.
Here are my exam tips:

Repetition is an essential part of learning.

Learn the difference between a growth mindset and a fixed mindset.

When motivation is a problem, write down your goals.

Have regular breaks when you study.

Prevent distractions- keep all technology out of reach.
