With exams approaching it is important to consider what strategies you can put in place to manage stress.

Here are my exam tips:

  1. Repetition is an essential part of learning.

  2. Learn the difference between a growth mindset and a fixed mindset.

  3. When motivation is a problem, write down your goals.

  4. Have regular breaks when you study.

  5. Prevent distractions- keep all technology out of reach.
